Picture Your World Purple

Make every day matter this November by demanding the funding necessary to fight pancreatic cancer, the 4th leading cause of cancer deaths in the U.S. The louder you raise your voice, the faster we can advance research, support patients and create hope.



Think Big! Think Purple! All Month Long!

  Host a purple food potluck at your office or home.
  Encourage EVERYONE in your world to dress in purple.
  Place a purple light bulb in your porch light.
  Contact your neighborhood or city council to find out how you can light a fountain or
    other public landmarks in purple.
  Tie purple ribbons around all the trees in your neighborhood.
  Paint your front door purple for the month.
  Paint your house purple (we said to "Think Big. Think Purple!") for the whole year.
  Tie purple ribbons on your car antennae.
  Hand out purple awareness ribbons to everyone you know.
  Wear a pancreatic cancer awareness wristband and other Pancreatic Cancer

Support Picture Your World Purple Weekend November 14 to 16

STEP 1
Over the weekend of November 14 to 16, take a picture of your “purple world” (your house, office, room, school, neighborhood, etc.) and send a high-res (300 dpi) file to volunteer@pancan.org. Creativity counts. THE SUBMISSION DEADLINE IS NOVEMBER 28TH *

STEP 2
Tell us why you’re raising your voice about pancreatic cancer. Please include your city, state and your group name (office, school, etc).

STEP 3
Tell everyone you know to follow steps 1 to 3!

Picture Your World Purple Weekend Flyers Help Spread the Word
Download, print and hand out copies of our PICTURE YOUR WORLD PURPLE WEEKEND flyer to your colleagues at work, your classmates, friends, family members, neighbors, postman, manicurist, coach and other special people in your life.
